Arrow Flow: Number Puzzle is a casual logic puzzle game published by NeoStack (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is processed when you use the Arrow Flow: Number Puzzle mobile application (the “App”), including the choices and controls available to you.

Arrow Flow: Number Puzzle is designed to work without requiring an account. Most gameplay progress and preferences are stored locally on your device.

The App may display third-party advertisements served by Google AdMob. Optional rewarded ads may be available for in-game benefits such as extra hints. The App does not currently offer in-app purchases.

1. Information We Process

Gameplay and preference data stored on your device

The App stores information locally that is necessary to provide gameplay, progression, personalization, and offline functionality. This may include:

Level and Journey progress
Completed levels and Perfect Clear status
Stars, achievements, and gameplay statistics
Calm Energy and Calm Garden progression
Flow and gameplay-related progress
Hint balance and related gameplay state
Selected global theme, including Classic, Midnight, and Zen Green
Sound, music, vibration, and accessibility preferences
Zen Mode preferences and progress where applicable
Daily puzzle progress, streaks, or activity where these features are available
Tutorial completion status
Privacy and analytics preferences

This information is primarily stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to our own servers by default.

Your operating system or device backup services may separately back up App data depending on your device and account settings. Such backups are controlled by the relevant platform provider.

Analytics and diagnostic information

Where enabled and permitted by your privacy choices, the App may use third-party services to understand how the App performs and to improve the gameplay experience.

Advertising information

The App uses Google AdMob to display third-party advertisements. This may include interstitial ads shown at certain points in gameplay, for example after some completed levels or when offering a way to restore Calm Energy, and optional rewarded ads that you can choose to watch for in-game benefits such as extra hints.

Google and its advertising partners may process information such as Advertising identifiers, also known as the Android Advertising ID or Apple’s Identifier for Advertisers, where available IP address Device, operating system, language, and App version information Approximate location derived from IP address. This information may be used to serve ads, measure ad performance, detect fraud or invalid traffic, and, where permitted by law and your choices, to personalize ads.

Where required, including in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, the App presents a consent experience through Google’s User Messaging Platform before personalized ads are requested. Your choices are stored on your device.

2. Information We Do Not Require

You do not need to create an account to play Arrow Flow: Number Puzzle.

The App does not require you to provide your:

The App does not currently offer in-app purchases, and we do not collect payment card or payment account information through the App.

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not use your name, email address, or similar contact details for advertising, because the App does not collect that information. Advertising partners may process device and advertising information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Where available, you can manage optional analytics choices through the App's privacy or settings controls.

Advertising and tracking preferences

Where required, the App shows a consent form through Google’s User Messaging Platform. You can accept, reject, or manage advertising choices presented in that form.

On iOS, you may allow or deny tracking through the App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can change this later in your device settings under Privacy and Security, then Tracking.

On Android, you may reset or delete your advertising ID, and on some devices you may opt out of ads personalization, through your device or Google account settings.

Rewarded ads are optional. If you choose not to watch a rewarded ad, you can continue playing without receiving that optional in-game benefit.

Reset or delete local gameplay data

Where an in-app reset option is available, you may use it to reset relevant locally stored gameplay information.

Uninstall the App

Uninstalling the App generally removes locally stored App data from your device, subject to any backups maintained separately by your operating system or cloud backup provider.

6. Children’s Privacy

Arrow Flow: Number Puzzle is intended for a general audience.

We do not knowingly request or collect personal information directly from children through account registration because the App does not require an account.

Gameplay progress and preferences stored locally remain on your device until they are reset, deleted, or removed when the App is uninstalled, subject to operating-system or cloud backups.

Arrow Flow: Number Puzzle displays third-party advertisements through Google AdMob.

Depending on your region, consent choices, and device settings, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. Personalized advertising may use advertising identifiers and similar information. Non-personalized ads may still use technical information such as IP address, device information, and ad interaction data to serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud.

On iOS, if we request permission to track, you can allow or deny that request. You can also change tracking permission later in the device’s privacy settings.
