ARROW FLOW: NUMBER PUZZLE – TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Arrow Flow: Number Puzzle, a mobile logic puzzle game published by NeoStack (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. The Service

Arrow Flow: Number Puzzle is a logic puzzle game built around arrow-based challenges and number-shaped puzzle boards.

The App may include features such as:

Number-shaped Journey levels
Arrow escape puzzles
Color Gate gameplay
Flow and Perfect Flow mechanics
Perfect Clear challenges
Calm Energy and Calm Garden progression
Daily puzzles
Zen Mode
Multiple visual themes and Journey environments
Other gameplay modes, challenges, rewards, or features that may be introduced over time

Features, level availability, progression systems, visual content, and gameplay mechanics may be updated, modified, added, or removed as the App evolves.

The App does not currently display third-party advertisements and does not currently offer in-app purchases.

2. License to Use the App

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use the App for your private, non-commercial entertainment on compatible devices that you own or control.

Your use of the App is also subject to the applicable rules and terms of the platform through which you obtained it, including the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the App except where permitted by applicable law
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code of the App except where such restrictions are prohibited by law
Use cheats, bots, scripts, automation, exploits, modified software, or other methods intended to manipulate gameplay or App functionality
Circumvent technical restrictions or security features
Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
Sell, rent, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit the App or any part of it without our written permission
Use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes

3. No Account Required

Arrow Flow: Number Puzzle does not currently require you to create an account to access its core gameplay.

Gameplay information such as level progress, Perfect Clear status, Calm Energy, Garden progression, preferences, and other game state may be stored locally on your device.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate device or operating-system backups if you wish to preserve locally stored progress.

We cannot guarantee that locally stored progress can be recovered after deletion, device loss, device replacement, App removal, data corruption, or a device reset.

4. Gameplay Progress and Virtual Rewards

The App may contain gameplay-related progress, scores, stars, Perfect Clear status, Calm Energy, Garden progression, hints, streaks, achievements, or other virtual rewards.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

These items exist only as part of the gameplay experience
They have no real-world monetary value
They cannot be exchanged for cash
They do not represent ownership of real or digital property outside the App
They may be adjusted where reasonably necessary for game balancing, bug fixes, technical changes, or feature updates

We may modify gameplay balancing, level difficulty, reward amounts, progression requirements, or similar game systems as the App evolves.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App in a lawful manner and not to interfere with its normal operation.

You must not intentionally:

Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities to interfere with App functionality
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems associated with the App
Introduce malicious code or interfere with the security or stability of the App
Use the App in violation of applicable laws or regulations
Use our intellectual property in an unauthorized commercial manner

We may restrict access to functionality where reasonably necessary to protect the App, our rights, other users, or applicable legal requirements.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its content, including its software, source code, game design, puzzle systems, graphics, artwork, animations, user interface, audio, music, text, logos, level designs, visual assets, and the Arrow Flow: Number Puzzle name and branding, are owned by NeoStack or used under applicable licenses.

These materials may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited license expressly provided in these Terms, no ownership or intellectual property rights are transferred to you.

Third-party content or technologies included in the App remain the property of their respective owners or licensors.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on third-party platforms or technical services, such as:

Apple services
Google services
Firebase Analytics
Firebase Crashlytics

Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of those providers.

We are not responsible for third-party services that are outside our reasonable control.

Information regarding data processing and third-party services is provided in our Privacy Policy.

8. Updates and Changes

We may periodically update the App to:

Add new levels or gameplay features
Improve existing mechanics
Adjust puzzle difficulty or progression
Add or modify Journey environments or visual themes
Fix bugs
Improve performance or security
Maintain compatibility with operating systems and devices
Comply with legal or platform requirements

Certain features may change or become unavailable over time.

We do not guarantee that any particular level, mode, reward, theme, feature, or gameplay mechanic will remain available indefinitely.

9. Availability

We aim to provide a reliable gameplay experience, but we do not guarantee that the App will always be available, compatible with every device, or free from interruptions or errors.

We may temporarily or permanently modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App where reasonably necessary.

10. Privacy

Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed through the App, how it may be used, and the choices available to you.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

THE APP WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE OR UNINTERRUPTED
THE APP WILL BE COMPLETELY FREE OF BUGS OR ERRORS
ALL FEATURES WILL WORK ON EVERY DEVICE
LOCALLY STORED GAMEPLAY PROGRESS CAN ALWAYS BE RECOVERED
THE APP WILL MEET EVERY USER'S INDIVIDUAL EXPECTATIONS

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEOSTACK AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

This may include loss of data, gameplay progress, profits, business opportunities, or goodwill where such limitations are legally permitted.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE APP OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED USD $10.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or limitations of liability. Where those laws apply, the exclusions and limitations above will apply only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

13. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time and may uninstall it from your device.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the App or certain functionality if:

You materially violate these Terms
Your use creates a security or legal risk
We are required to do so by law or a platform provider
The App or relevant functionality is discontinued

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability, will continue to apply where legally appropriate.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect:

Changes to the App
New or modified features
Changes to our business practices
Legal or regulatory requirements
Platform requirements

When these Terms are updated, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above.

Where required by applicable law, we may provide additional notice or request your consent before material changes take effect.

15. Governing Law and Consumer Rights

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where NeoStack is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

However, if mandatory consumer protection laws in the country or region where you reside provide you with additional rights, nothing in these Terms is intended to limit those rights.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented within the App where applicable, constitute the agreement between you and NeoStack regarding your use of Arrow Flow: Number Puzzle.
