Amaze GO is a casual puzzle game published by NeoStack (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you use the Amaze GO mobile application (the “App”) and the choices you have.

We designed Amaze GO to work without an account. Most of your gameplay data stays on your device. The App does not show advertisements and does not offer in-app purchases.

1. Information We Collect

Local data on your device

The App stores progress and preferences locally so you can play offline, including:

Level progress, stars, and statistics
Hint balance and gameplay settings
Theme, sound, vibration, and accessibility settings
Daily puzzle streak and daily activity used for in-game streak features
Tutorial and privacy preference choices

This local data is not uploaded to our servers by default.

Optional data shared with third parties (only if enabled)

Depending on your settings and platform permissions, the App may use:

Firebase Analytics — anonymised gameplay events (for example, levels started or completed) to help us improve the game
Firebase Crashlytics — crash logs and diagnostic information to fix bugs

If you decline analytics in the App, we limit or disable the related collection where technically possible.

Information we do not collect

We do not require you to create an account. We do not show ads and do not sell in-app purchases, so we do not collect advertising identifiers, ad interaction data, or purchase or payment information through the App. We do not knowingly collect your name, email address, postal address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, or health information through the App.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

Provide core gameplay and save your progress on your device
Understand aggregate usage and improve levels, difficulty, and stability
Diagnose crashes and technical issues

We do not sell your personal information.

Where applicable, we rely on:

Performance of a contract — to provide the App you request
Legitimate interests — to secure, maintain, and improve the App
Consent — for optional analytics, which you may withdraw in Settings

4. Your Choices and Controls

Privacy preferences — adjust analytics choices in the App settings where available
Delete local data — use in-app options (where provided) to reset progress and cached data on your device
Uninstall — removing the App deletes local App data from your device unless backed up by your operating system

Amaze GO is suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

6. Data Retention

Local gameplay data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App. Analytics and crash partners retain data according to their own policies and your consent choices.

7. International Transfers

If you use optional analytics services, data may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, by Google/Firebase and their subprocessors. We rely on appropriate safeguards provided by those vendors where required.
