AMAZE GO: ARROWS ESCAPE – TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Amaze GO, a mobile puzzle game published by NeoStack (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The Service

Amaze GO is a free logic puzzle game. You clear arrow paths from a board by tapping arrows that can exit in the direction they point. The App includes campaign levels, daily puzzles, and optional modes such as Relax and Challenge, subject to change over time.

The App does not display third-party advertisements and does not offer in-app purchases.

2. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for private, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

You may not:

Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the App except as allowed by law
Use cheats, automation, or exploits that interfere with fair play or our systems
Remove copyright or proprietary notices
Use the App for unlawful purposes

3. No Account Required

The App does not require registration. Progress is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for backing up your device if you want to preserve progress.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App or harm other users, us, or third parties. We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including artwork, levels, audio, software, trademarks, and the Amaze GO name, is owned by NeoStack or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights.

6. Updates and Changes

We may update the App, add or remove features, or adjust the difficulty. We may also update these Terms. Material changes will be posted in the App. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE OPERATION.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEOSTACK AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED USD $10.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may terminate or suspend your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where NeoStack is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
